No. The entire process — from contract signing to capital transfer and returns — can be completed remotely. All documents are electronically signed and notarized with apostille. We welcome site visits but they are not required.

Returns are distributed in two stages: interim distributions as individual units are pre-sold (beginning around month 18), and a final distribution at project completion (month 24–26). All distributions are made in USD via international wire transfer.
